Electrical Engineer

Job requirements:

1. Major in electrical automation or mechatronics.

2. More than three years of non-standard automation control experience, proficient in Siemens and other PLC programming and human-machine interface programming.

3. Able to independently complete the electrical control of non-standard automation equipment and robot projects, including electrical design, component selection; familiar with the application of control components such as stepping, servo motors, frequency converters, sensors, relays, and pneumatic components.

4. Be familiar with the basic skills of electrical assembly, and be able to assemble electrical control boxes according to project requirements.

5. Experience in programming and debugging of major robot brands such as ABB and KUKA is preferred.

6. Serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, with a good spirit of innovation and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design electrical control, PLC programming, electrical selection, electrical BOM table, and electrical data arrangement according to project requirements;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in non-standard automation equipment design, preferably non-standard automation equipment design experience in 3C industry

3. Familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical design, machining technology, proficient in the selection and use of pneumatic components, motors, screw guides and other automation components

4. Be able to independently complete the project establishment, scheme design, design drawings, processing drawings and BOM tables

5. Have clear thinking and careful thinking about automation design, and have the ability to quickly understand and absorb existing similar molding mechanisms, and can learn from and integrate into their own solutions

6. Proficient in solidworks, CAD mechanical design software and office software.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the scheme design of non-standard automation equipment, leading the mechanical design work, and responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising

2. Responsible for project architecture design, development, mechanical design technical review and other management work

3. Responsible for project design changes, assembly and debugging problems

Assembly electrician

Job requirements:

1. Have an electrician certificate, more than 2 years of work experience in the same position, and experience in automation control assembly is preferred

2. Able to understand the circuit assembly diagram and independently complete the additional configuration and debugging work

3. Have a certain understanding of Plc, stepping and servo systems, be familiar with the model and connection method of the sensor, and be able to make the corresponding trachea connection to the solenoid valve and the cylinder

4. Have a sense of responsibility, have a certain professionalism, be good at communication, have strong language skills, be willing to learn, and obey arrangements

Job Responsibilities:
